On initial inspection, the Convenience Hoodie appears to be an almost oversimplified basic hoodie. But delving deeper you can take notice and appreciate its design utilizing the MINMAX method. Approaching the design, the challenge creating the piece was to REDUCE elements, while at the same time maximizing purpose and meaning of each said element.

Tactile Graphics: Foregoing the commonplace embroidery or screen printing, this design champions a tactile graphic. Infused with silicone, it melds seamlessly into the fabric, transcending the typical distinctions between the garment and its graphic.

Unibody Construction: Exemplifying simplicity, the hoodie boasts a unibody construction. The sleeves, front, and back are harmoniously merged into one coherent piece, eliminating extraneous seams. This design choice not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also optimizes comfort.

Invisible Hardware: Visible hardware is eschewed. Four meticulously placed magnets function as the neck clasp, ensuring functionality without compromising on the minimalist design.

Subtle Symbolism: The P-shaped clasp serves as a logo imprint while the oversized hood, reminiscent of a boxer's headgear, adds layers of meaning. Tracing the back, five precise seam lines cascade downwards, culminating in a half-circle, a nod to the Filipino sun. The number five serves a multiplicity of purposes: representing the five design points, echoing the significance of man as seen in Leonardo Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, aligning with the Fibonacci sequence, and alluding to the profound "squaring the circle" concept.

In the Convenience Hoodie, every element is deliberate, every design decision purposeful. It's not just a garment, but a narrative of thoughtful design and profound symbolism.
